Our School Resource Officer (SRO) is a sworn law enforcement officer from the Eau Claire Police Department assigned to Memorial High School. SROs serve as a liaison between the school district and the police department. They support students and staff by providing resources that promote academic success and improve school climates. Responsibilities include community-oriented policing, crisis response, school safety and security, and comprehensive law enforcement services.
About Officer Jensen
Officer Jensen attended UW-Platteville and UW-Eau Claire, where he majored in Criminal Justice. He moved to Eau Claire in 2000 and brings over 25 years of law enforcement experience, having served as a patrol officer, investigator, and supervisor. He has been part of several specialized units and is currently a member of the Special Events Team. Officer Jensen is excited to serve at Memorial High School until 2030!
