School Musical

This year (2025-2026), MHS will be putting on the musical "Les Miserables: School Edition."  Auditions will be held in December.   Rehearsals will start in January with performances on March 20, 21, and 22.  See Mrs. Krajnikconde in the choir room with questions.  "Les Miserables," also known as "Les Mis" is a well-known, sung-through, award winning musical that takes place in 19th century France.  It tells the story of Jean Valjean, a French peasant, and his desire for redemption.  The characters are swept into a revolutionary period in France where a group of young idealists attempt to overthrow the government at a street barricade in Paris.  Many MHS students will be needed to tell this story on stage acting/singing, in the orchestra pit, and behind the scenes as stage crew, stage manager, light board operator, spotlight operator, and sound board operator!
